HOW TO INSTALL CARPET AND RUG TO YOUR SPACE?

Here are some steps to follow to ensure the proper fitting:
→ Measurement of Space: One should hopefully do this before making any purchase. → Grip the Carpet well: The grips are the pre-nailed rods laid beneath the carpet which help it to stick to the area. They are easy to use and should mainly be used around the corners of the room except doorways. However, proper care should be taken for any underlying pipe or wiring. A good underlay is an important part of this process as they can protect and strengthen your carpet to last it longer. Cut the wastage using a Stanley knife.
→ Fit the Carpet: It is a time to lay the carpet in the area where you want to install it. Take the carpet tucker to create firm crease folds and take a knife to cut the area. Push the padded end down firmly with your knee to provide the force on carpet too hook on the gripper at each corner. Add a door bar to any door that enters the room.
→ Take proper care: If your carpet starts shedding any fibers, don’t get too alarmed after being laid because that’s perfectly normal. We suggest you to vacuum it on weekly basis as it will ensure your carpet to stay clean and by vacuuming, all the loose fibers will be removed. Its initial smell will also fades with time.
