Can I have my stuff delivered on a particular day?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Shahcarpet.com  in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.

I have bought a Carpet from Shahcarpet.com can you help me assemble it?

We currently provide free assembly service in more than 500 locations. How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that all items of your order are delivered within the delivery time mentioned on the product page. To check the delivery time, please enter the correct pin code of the location where you want the product to be shipped. Please do note that different items may have different delivery time and will be delivered separately.

Can I place an item on hold for purchase at a later date?

We provide you with the opportunity to create your own wish list where you can select product(s) for further purchase. The availability of the item(s) depends on the date of final purchase.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging.

Can I cancel an order?

For Carpet – Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. In case of any exception, kindly mail us at care@Shahcarpet.com or speak to the customer care team on +123456789(10 AM – 7 PM) and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders that contain products from Carpet categories; any advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.\r\n\r\nFor Other Categories:\r\nCancellations on other categories (other than Carpet) are possible only until the pre-shipping stage.
